re: treat

A five-day beach house experience for women who know life isn’t something to arrive at - it’s something to live. Because the best parts of life shouldn’t have to wait for “someday”.

Wilmington, North Carolina

Think:

Sunscreen and salty hair.
Quiet sips of coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean.
Flip-flops kicked off by the front door.
A fridge full of watermelon.
Polaroids scattered across the kitchen counter.
Playlists you somehow still know every word to.
Someone shouting, “Come in, the water’s perfect!”
Dancing around the house with your girlies like it’s 2001.
Sandy feet in the house.
Late-night card games that somehow turn into conversations about life.

Moments where you catch yourself thinking, "Oh... I forgot this version of me was still here."

Because it means more than stepping away.
It’s about re:treating yourself.

That’s why we called it re: treat.

Not because we’re escaping life.
But because we’re choosing to experience it more fully.

Re:connecting with the parts of you that get buried beneath deadlines, notifications and responsibilities.

Re:creating the nostalgic feeling of summer.

Re:discovering your creativity and passion again.

Re:membering what life feels like when there’s enough space to actually live it.

Maybe you're building a business. Maybe you're growing your career or exploring a creative passion. Maybe you’re navigating a transition or simply craving something different.

If you’re feeling the nudge for more aliveness, you’re meant to be here.

re: treat is for the woman who is ready to make space for herself again

for joy, creativity, connection, adventure, & the dreams she’s been quietly ignoring

re: treat is…

A few days where no one needs anything from you.
Where you wake up without rushing. Without an alarm.
You take your coffee down to the beach because you can.

You swim in the ocean before breakfast.
You spend an hour talking about life without looking at the time.
You dance in the kitchen to 90s music.

You decide to skip an activity because you’d rather finish another chapter of your book on the deck.
You laugh until midnight.
You create because inspiration finally has room to arrive.

That’s re: treat.
Not because every minute has been planned for you. But because it hasn’t.

What's Included

Five days. Four nights. And pretty much everything taken care of once you get here.

𓇼 5 days + 4 nights in our North Carolina beach house — ocean air included
𓇼 All meals, snacks + drinks — coffee always, margaritas probably
𓇼 A private chef dinner — because neither of us is doing dishes that night
𓇼 Breakfast bars + easy summer lunches — grab what you want, when you want it
𓇼 Movement, Kundalini/Yin yoga, breathwork + embodiment — all invitations, never obligations
𓇼 Human Design + Astrology with Nina + Abby — because obviously
𓇼 Workshops + conversations that might send you home seeing yourself differently
𓇼 Group masterminding + mentorship — bring the thing you’ve been thinking about
𓇼 Dedicated creation time + guidance — we’ll be there, but we’re not giving you homework
𓇼 Beach days, Wilmington adventures + wherever we decide to wander
𓇼 Professional retreat photography + all the little moments we capture along the way
𓇼 Video + content footage to take home with you
𓇼 A thoughtfully curated welcome gift waiting when you arrive
𓇼 An intentionally intimate group of women — no disappearing into a room of 40
𓇼 Plenty of white space — for naps, swims, walks, books, ideas + whatever else finds you
𓇼 Five days to slow down, reconnect + remember what life feels like when you’re actually in it

Sometimes they arrive on a beach walk.
Halfway through a conversation over dinner.
While floating in the ocean.
When laughing so hard your stomach hurts.
Or during a quiet morning when, for the first time in months, there’s nowhere you need to be.

Our biggest ideas don’t arrive when we’re trying harder.

Yes, there’ll be workshops and opportunities to learn.
Yes, there’ll be Human Design, astrology, movement, creativity, and conversations that invite you back to yourself.

But they aren’t the point.

They’re simply part of creating the conditions where something real can happen.

We’ve designed re:treat around that belief.

Where you reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been waiting beneath the noise.

Where you remember that life isn’t something to arrive at - it’s something to live.

what our days might look like

We have a plan. We’re just not planning every minute.

Here’s a little taste of what five days with us might look like…

There’ll be workshops and masterminding and movement and Human Design and creation.
But there’ll also be mornings when you grab your coffee and disappear to the beach.

re:connect

wednesday

You arrive sometime between 5 + 6.

Your welcome gift is waiting. Your room becomes yours. Your bag gets dropped somewhere you’ll probably forget about until Sunday.

And outside? Happy hour has already started.

Cold drinks. Snacks. Bare feet. Music. Women slowly arriving and becoming people you actually know rather than Instagram handles.

Take a drink upstairs while you unpack. Stay downstairs and meet everyone. Wander outside and see the ocean.

Later, we gather around the table for our first dinner together.

Candles. Good food. Probably some very good questions.

And officially: welcome to re:treat.

thursday

Our most guided day together.

The breakfast bar is open in the morning — coffee, homemade granola, fruit, yoghurt, all the good things.

Grab breakfast and sit with the girls. Take your coffee outside.
Bring it back to bed. Nobody is checking attendance.

Then, for those joining us, we move.
Movement + embodiment with Abby.

Followed by a morning of Human Design + Astrology with Nina + Abby — exploring the human underneath everything she has built, learned, performed and become.

Lunch is easy. Fresh. Summery.
And there is space around it.

Then in the afternoon, we come back together for group masterminding + mentorship.

Bring the business question. The idea. The thing you can’t quite see. The next chapter. Or the thing you didn’t realize you needed to talk about until you got here.

And afterwards? We leave the house.
Tacos + margaritas in Wilmington.

Because after a day inside your brain, we would very much like to get you out of it.

friday

This is the day with almost nowhere to be.

Maybe you join us for sunrise breathwork on the beach.
Maybe you sleep. Both count.

The breakfast bar will be waiting when you wander back in.

Grab coffee and sit around the kitchen with everyone. Make a bowl and take it to the deck. Or grab something and head straight back to the beach.

And then… we have a beach day.

Books thrown into bags. Sunscreen everywhere. Swimming.
Long conversations. Walks. Music. Naps.

The kind of lunch that gets picked at for three hours.
Maybe an idea finds you.
Maybe absolutely nothing does. Good.

And as the sun starts dropping, we come back together on the sand.
Blankets. Pillows. Cold drinks. Music.

A beautiful spread by the ocean as the sun goes down.

Nothing particularly complicated. Just one of those dinners where you look around at some point and think: Oh. This is the good stuff.

re:create

saturday

By now, something has usually started moving.
An idea. A sentence. A decision. Something you suddenly want to make.

So Saturday morning, we feed it.

First: kundalini / yin yoga with Nina for those desiring deeper connection.

After, we brunch.
Fresh orange juice. Coffee. A table full of food. Everyone together.

Then we create.

There will be dedicated creation space in the morning + afternoon, with Nina + Abby there to help you think, see, refine, unblock and bring whatever is trying to come through into form.

Maybe you write. Film. Map the next version of your business.
Create something for no reason other than you want to.

Finally make the thing you’ve been talking about making.
Or realise what you thought you were going to create isn’t actually the thing at all.

We’re not giving you a content list.
We’re giving you the space + support to hear your own ideas again.

And that evening, we celebrate our last full night together with a private chef dinner, drinks, and plenty of good vibes.

sunday

Coffee is on. Breakfast is out.
Bags slowly start appearing by the door.

And before we leave, we come together one more time.
Not for another workshop.

Just to notice: What are you taking home with you?

Then hugs, airport runs, probably someone crying in the driveway…
and back into the lives we came here to actually live.
