You’re not alone — and you definitely don’t need another “post 3x a week” pep talk either.

Feeling stuck, hesitant, or overthinking your content lately?

Pour Into Your Content is a lowkey, in-person afternoon designed to help you slow down, connect with yourself and others, get clear, and feel more confident about how you show up online — creatively and legally (plus give you time to record some fresh content too!).

women business owners who:

  • Are doing their own content, but it feels a little off or forced (or overwhelming to even look at)
  • Want their content to feel like them, not a polished version of who they think they "should be"
  • Are tired of overthinking every post and want time for a refresh before Q2 gets here
  • Feel unsure about what’s legally okay to share (and that hesitation might be holding them back)
  • Crave genuine connection with other local women, without the awkward networking vibes
  • Would love time + space to actually plan or create content with real support

What the afternoon looks like

We’ve intentionally designed this to feel relaxed, supportive, and actually useful.

4-5pm  |  Mingling + drinks

Arrive, settle in, grab a glass of wine and snacks, and connect with other women business owners in an easy, low-pressure way.

The vibe is much more "happy hour with the girls" - not stuffy, forced networking (if you've been to one of our quarterly happy hours, this part is just like that!).

5-6pm  |  Content + legal clarity sessions

Two short, high-value sessions covering both sides of content creation in business:
  • how to create content that feels aligned, simple, and actually sustainable
  • how to protect yourself and your business when it comes to content use

6-7pm  |  Supported content creation + planning

Stay as long as you’d like during this final hour to:
  • Plan upcoming content
  • Brainstorm ideas that feel true to you & easy to create
  • Record content or B-roll in the space (with help filming!)
  • Ask questions & get personalized feedback

Working with Abby has been such a game changer!

- Morgan Fitzke, Realtor

"I absolutely love her content, her energy, and the way she makes strategy feel simple and fun. Before working with her, I felt scattered with my content and had no real direction — now I actually feel confident, consistent, and excited to show up online. Abby genuinely cares about her clients and it shows in everything she does. She’s been one of my favorite investments, and I can’t recommend her enough!"

The questions we know you want answered before joining us

Do I need to be in a specific industry to attend?

Nope! All industries and business types are welcome. This event is designed for women business owners who create content for their business, whether you’re a coach, service provider, creative, product-based, or something in between. The focus is on how you create and share content, not what industry you’re in.

Do I need a certain amount of content experience to attend?

No, you don't! Although the information we're covering is best suited for women who have already been showing up and creating content, there is no amount of experience required. Whether you’re newer to content or have been posting for years, you’ll get value from the planning, legal clarity, and supported creation time — especially with the opportunity to ask questions and get personalized feedback.

Do I have to record content during the event?

Not at all! You’re welcome to use the time however feels best for you — plan, brainstorm, ask questions, take notes, or simply be in the space. Recording content is an option, not a requirement (and you're welcome to leave anytime during that final hour!).

How does the content recording / B-roll part work? Will there be help?

Yes, if you want it! This is very much a create-your-own-adventure moment.

We know everyone has different comfort levels with being on camera, so there’s no one “right” way to use this time. You can plan content ideas, record B-roll with a friend, switch off filming on your phones, or ask for more hands-on support.

If you want feedback on positioning, angles, or how something will come across - we’re there for that. If you’d rather have one of us help with filming so you feel more confident, we’re happy to do that too! Andddd if recording isn’t your thing at all, you’re welcome to just plan, brainstorm, and soak up the energy.

This part of the afternoon is meant to meet you where you are - no pressure, no expectations, just support 🤍

What should I bring?

Just your amazing self and whatever helps you create and take notes as desired — your phone, laptop, notebook, camera. We’ve got the wine and snacks covered!

Can I come for just part of the event?

Sort of! While we recommend staying for the full experience, you're welcome to arrive anytime within the first half hour for mingling (we get the hecticness of life and work schedules - and traffic!), and the final hour is intentionally flexible so you can leave whenever you need or feel like you've captured all that you wanted to get.

How many people will be there?

We’re keeping this intentionally intimate — no more than 20 women, with a goal of around 15 attendees. That way you'll feel like you actually get to know the people there and so we have time to personally help with your content during the final hour too!

If you've been needing a little content refresh before Q2

you're in the right place!

We can't wait to spend the afternoon with you creating content that feels good, surrounded by women who get it.
