IlluminEssence Creations Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
FULFILLMENT POLICY
At IlluminEssence Creations, we work hard to ensure the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and we take all complaints about our services seriously. This Fulfillment Policy informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and requirements relating to refunds for services purchased from our Agency. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the guidelines for refunds. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
DELIVERY POLICY
At IlluminEssence Creations, we sell digital services for brand design, copywriting, web design, and social media. We deliver our services to clients via electronic means pursuant to our client’s requests, and set forth in each individual contract.
REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, dependent on what service and payment plan you book, and only if no service has been performed by IlluminEssence Creations. All terms for refunds are spelled out in your individual contract. We do not offer refunds on the LIT Content Collective, Social Strategy Sesh, or Social Media Template Design.
EXCEPTIONS
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
- You received what you purchased, but simply changed your mind about the service.
- You were aware or notified of the problems with the service before making the purchase.
- You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
RETURN POLICY
At IlluminEssence Creations, we sell digital services for brand design, copywriting, web design, and social media. No returns can be made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a contract with IlluminEssence Creations has been signed, cancellations are not permitted.
PROJECT ABANDONMENT
If, after repeated attempts by IlluminEssence Creations to begin service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the Services, Client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to IlluminEssence Creations' requests and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will be abandoned. IlluminEssence Creations may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero, and the Client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased or as described in the original Contract, where applicable.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee charge.
COMPLAINTS
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to
illuminessencecreations@gmail.com stating your complaints and requirements met. We will verify that you meet our requirements for a refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
