How our process
1. illumin-ation call
This is our version of a Discovery Call - it’s 30 minutes of time together to chat about your goals, vision, and project needs. We’ll get to know each other, answer any questions you have, and discuss what the best option for your business is. This is followed up by a proposal sent to you to review. BOOK HERE

2.prep & onboarding
Once you’ve signed your contract and paid your deposit, you’ll receive a welcome packet, onboarding kit, and questionnaires for you to complete. This begins the prep work for your project! We will also have a strategy call the week leading up to your start date to make sure we’re on the same page and everything is ready to go.
3. Our work together
This is where the magic happens! Since we offer a variety of services for brand, web, and socials, this part of the process looks a little different for each one. We’ll go over this in our initial call together - plus you’ll get all the juicy details in your onboarding packets - so you know what to expect and what the timeline is for your project.
We also have the option to inquire to work with us without scheduling a call (because we know you probably don't need yet another meeting on your calendar)! Just fill out the form at the link below and we'll start the convo with you over email or Insta DMs to answer your questions and make sure we're a good fit.
