Cara and I first connected in 2021, when she reached out about getting a website designed for her new bookkeeping business. We instantly became biz besties & have worked together and supported each other ever since (she's even my bookkeeper!).
After a few months with her new site, she came back to us asking for help with her social media - she knew she had to show up online consistently to attract ideal clients, but she was tired of trying to do it herself (and ending up not even posting because she was too busy!). So we took that on for her too! And still manage her social media to this day.
After making MOVES in 2023 to quite her 9-5, take her business full time,
and realign with the type of clients she wants to work with, Cara knew her brand and website needed to reflect this next season of business too.
So, of course, we reconnected to make her dreams come to LIFE. We loved redesigning her site to have the elevated, calming, beachy vibes she was looking for! Cara wanted her new branding and website to make her ideal clients (female service pros & coaches) feel safe, seen, comfortable, and confident.
While ALSO positioning her as their biz bestie with the knowledge & skills to solve their bookkeeping issues and be on their side while they scale their business. We wanted them to feel like she’s the perfect fit for them from the get-go!
The secret is: Your branding and website has the power to do allllll of that and more. You just have to back it with strategy, research, and professional design.
Cara came to me with a DIYed brand that just wasn’t DOING IT for her anymore. Her business grew lot when she left her 9-5 and it was time for her brand (and redesigned website!) to reflect that!

This kind of posting schedule gives our clients a consistent and strategic online presence (that they don't even have to think about), while ALSO allowing them the space and flexibility to show up when and how they want (if they choose to do so!).
When we started with Cara, she was trying her best to show up regularly, but as a mom of two littles, a business owner and a (then) full-time employee, it was just too much to keep up with! Taking this task off her plate gave her the time and freedom to focus on growing her business - while our social strategy helped attract and convert ideal clients too!
This allowed her to leave her 9-5 in 2023 and go full-time as a business owner; and she's been growing and thriving ever since (she's so booked out, she even hired a team and has a waiting list for her services!).
